The Royale Chulan KL's pillar-less grand ballroom has high ceilings and can be partitioned into 3 smaller meeting rooms as needed. It has a separate vehicular entrance plus 2 VIP holding rooms. Some 900 covered car spaces are available on 3 levels of onsite parking. Decors are by Pak Abu Gallery which is located in the hotel.
Positve reviews: Decor was not bad. Open courtyard was transformed into beautifully decorated garden wedding. Some of the food was heavenly. The desserts section was lip smacking delicious.
Fell in love with this indoor garden, an ‘outdoor’ green setting, but with the security of covering in case of rain!
Negative reviews: Malay wedding dinner, every dishes were bland and tasteless. Tea coffee served with out teaspoons. The food sucked. Some food were letdowns.
The banquet dinner was rather disappointing, Malay wedding dinner, every dishes were bland and tasteless. Tea coffee served with out teaspoons for my table of 10.
Wei Jien’s sister’s garden wedding at The Royale Chulan. Decor was not bad but the food sucked.
The hotel itself already has beautiful façade. Organizing a wedding there only fulfills your fantasized wedding dreams given that you have the capital that is. The event was held at Taman Mahsuri, an open courtyard which was transformed into beautifully decorated garden wedding. Next is my favorite part – food. Oh what can I say about the food? Some were heavenly, some were letdowns. The buffet spread was super long with soup, breads and buns, sushi, appetizers, nasi minyak and lauk pauk, desserts and fruits. The desserts section was lip smacking delicious.
