Situated close to commercial, retail areas, Grand Seasons hotel is one of the many venue choices for those planning for a wedding in KL center. For wedding, the team did a beautiful table set up (the wedding table was put together in such a way that it looked like a heart) and the food is good. Impressive service from the wedding team. Their Grand Ballroom houses over 250 people boardroom style and 1000 people banquet style. Not as luxurious as the likes of Grand Hyatt, JW Marriott or Mandarin Oriental, this hotel exudes a charm of its own.

My wedding reception was held at the Grand Seasons Hotel and I was impressed with every aspect of it. I arrived at the hotel 30 minutes prior to my entrance so I was directed to a waiting room (with comfortable couches, tea and snacks) to unwind prior to entering the ballroom, which I appreciated. They did a beautiful table set up (the wedding table was put together in such a way that it looked like a heart) and boy was the food good, particularly the goat. A small touch I enjoyed was that they put a piece of chocolate in a box at every place setting which shows their attention to detail.
Of all the 5 star hotels in KL, this is the only one that allows fire pyre in their ballrooms.
