Opened in 2018, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is located at the city’s prime business area next to the Petronas Twin Towers. Its Grand Ballroom’s elaborate dazzling crystal chandelier design will definitely be the highlight of your wedding event. It is like a billow of glittery clouds hovering in the air. The ballroom is already such a beauty in its own right, additional decorations and styling would only enhance its magnificence.

Nothing is more reassuring than a team who puts the customer first and is proactively checking every now and then to make certain everything runs as planned without unforeseen hiccups. Ellie Low, the Catering Sales Manager whose good reviews pursued her wherever she went in her career; check out Sheraton Imperial KL and Pullman KLCC, is spectacular and very thorough. The most difficult catering needs have been met thanks to the hotel’s line-up of highly skilful and specialised chefs.
The food served in the course of the wedding was very delicate, sumptuous and most important of all, delicious! Impressive, grand ballroom with amazing ambiance. However the lighting can too dim for dining as taste, smell, touch as well as sight are all part of a wholesome gastronomic experience.
Service by the hotel staff was fabulous.

Close proximity to the gigantic-in-size Petronas Tower
I just had my wedding, end of May 2022. A hotel brand that puts their clients first, especially the concern over COVID situation.
Ms Ellie, the catering manager is really professional. A proactive individual that takes extra length to personalize clients’ needs and requirements.
Not forgetting Mr Yau San Lee and Mr Shakrin, who are very attentive to us throughout our wedding banquet. Coming to check on us, every now and then.
Our guests are extremely satisfied with the food and the portion is absolutely filling. Shout-out to Chef Zachary Looi (Canapes chef) and Chef Kam Sien Man (Chinese banquet chef). Happy tummy, happy guests.
Lastly, the room is just superb. Great layout and design, as well as luxury space. Breakfast is fantastic too.
have the most wonderful wedding solemnization of My sister and Oubada at four seasons ballroom . Ellie organized everything from A to Z.! Thank you !! The best food I love the bunga kantan fried rice the kambing sedap giler!!!!! Special thanks to chef Fared, chef zackary and chef Resky from the banquet culinary . Service also tip top from Ashveen, Faiz, bob and Amir look after my table and he keep pouring the teh Tarik non stop and the teh Tarik smell soooo good really amazing !!! Best of the best malay food I cannot resist the ayam masak merah the kambing carving sedapppppp!!! Ms Sheila Ali took very good care of our room accommodations all room is well arranged same floor and very comfortable she is the best and that’s the reason we come back for her .
Had a wedding photoshoot at their in-house Bar Trigona, beautiful location. We’ve always loved their excellent cocktails, fantastic ambience and top-notch hospitality, so it was wonderful to be able to make it part of our wedding memories! Their sales, Ellie was great to talk to and easy to negotiate with to make things happen for us.
I attended wedding reception of my daughter’s cousin at this hotel ballroom. It was my first visit to this high class international hotel. Owing to Covid19 restrictions the number of invitees was slashed by 20 %. It was quite a grand wedding with full attendance. The food served was very delicate and sumptuous. Service by the hotel staff was excellent.
Attended a wedding reception in the Grand Ballroom on 3rd April 2021 evening. The lighting was not suitable during eating time as it was too dim, arty but not practical
