Bride and groom would love the great level of attention to detail shown by their wedding team, for example; beautiful table set up is done in such a way that it looks like a heart shape, the bride is ushered to a waiting room with comfortable couches, tea and snacks prior to entering the ballroom. The food
is good. Good and flexible service is much needed when planning a wedding. Of all the hotels in KL, this is the only one that allows fire pyre in their ballrooms. Some specific requirements are important for certain religious rituals.

My wedding reception was held at the Grand Seasons Hotel and I was impressed with every aspect of it. I arrived at the hotel 30 minutes prior to my entrance so I was directed to a waiting room (with comfortable couches, tea and snacks) to unwind prior to entering the ballroom, which I appreciated. They did a beautiful table set up (the wedding table was put together in such a way that it looked like a heart) and boy was the food good, particularly the goat. A small touch I enjoyed was that they put a piece of chocolate in a box at every place setting which shows their attention to detail.
