The coordinator is very accommodating to the customer’s needs. Location wise, the hotel is ideally situated at an area with good road connections, close to Tesco Store, convenient airport transfer.

Although veering towards the basic this hotel was ideally sited for travel to various sites including the local train station, Kuala Lumpur and other sites with excellent road connections. The best thing was the close proximity to a huge Tesco store within walking distance, a very decent pool and gym and an excellent massage parlour which all of us found excellent and took good advantage of as the prices were very reasonable. An excellent breakfast was included in the rate and staff were very friendly and helpful indeed. There was a shuttle service – very cheap again – to Kuala Lumpur international airport from the hotel which was very convenient for us. It is very well recommended. | |

I was highly impressed by the professionalism and service of all staff that seemed to be on day and night. The hotel was very accommodating for the needs of the wedding party and guests. We had private drinks and dinner by the pool but as the weather turned they set aside room in the restaurant. After the wedding reception some of us were keen to continue so they allowed us to use a breakout room to stay up and continue the celebrations. Very pleased with the rooms too. |
