The spacious, pillarless Grand Ballroom is quite remarkable with nice lighting, beautiful decorations by the hotel using fresh flowers. Food is tasty, served hot, in big portion. Kudos to Ms Stephanie, the Asst Dir. Of Catering Sales and her team. There is ample parking space for guests, chargeable at flat rate of RM5, after it has been stamped.
Great service, one attendant is allocated for each table. The Bridal Suite was beautifully decorated.

May 2016 We booked Eastin KL as our wedding dinner reception venue and that was the most wonderful weekend. The Bridal Suite was beautifully decorated, the staffs treated us well, the food was excellent, the front desk was helpful and the bellboys did amazing job carrying all our things up and down and btw we had tons of things!
