Nice Italian Restaurant with good services and good food which can be customised to suit your preference (within reasonable limits). The hotel person in charge Ellie is really helpful in arranging the whole wedding event and Jason the restaurant manager. Highly recommended for a quiet classy intimate western wedding venue in the heart of the city with unique setting.

This momentous occasion would not have been made possible without the help of Sheraton’s event manager, Chong Hui Lin. She had assisted my wife and I from the on-set of our wedding dinner planning and ensured that the food, decorations, seating arrangements were up to scratch. To be honest, our standards were not low, given that it was a once in a lifetime affair. So it had to be perfect. It was just that. She had ensured that the service quality was top notch by effectively communicating our needs and wants to all stakeholders in the hotel, including the restaurant manager, Maran, the rooming personnel and the decorators. All these fell into place perfectly to ensure that my wife and I had the dream wedding that we could only dream of. Thank you Sheraton, Hui Lin and team. Mar 2016 We had our wedding reception at Villa Danieli last August 2015. As I am living abroad, 90% of the discussions and decisions were made through email,with some help from my family members of course. I have mostly liaised with Verene who I am sure replied as quickly as she could. As with other venues, you’ll probably need to do some chasing but overall, my husband and I were happy with the service from start to finish. We paid RM218 excluding taxes per person for a package and the food was pretty good and can be customised to suit your preference (within reasonable limits of course). The package includes the bridal room and pretty much everything you need for a reception, apart from alcohol of course. I think they might have increased the price this year but if you are looking for a small-ish venue with a unique decor, I’d recommend Villa Danieli. | |||||
