Subang’s horizon for coffee fans expands even further this weekend, extending to a new cafe within the EX8 complex in the semi-industrial estate that’s home to Tupperware, Skynet & the UCSI International School. Greyskymorning is a two-level space with a photogenic look & easygoing feel, attracting mainly customers so far from the Ex8rcize Gym & City Harvest Church that currently occupy the EX8 building too.

Hall Rental 2020:
The rental for the venue is RM8500 (8am-2pm) OR RM9500 (2pm-10pm) (non public holiday) (public holiday surcharge: RM1500) (Subject to 6% SST on the management fee), Which will include the following:-
– Red carpets
– 1 VIP room (as bride’s waiting room)
– 2 Registration tables
– wooden cubes (for deco purposes)
– Usage of the venue on actual day from 8am-2pm (morning slot) / 2pm-10pm (evening slot) (including set up & tear down).
(Extra Hour : Additional RM500/hr)
Additional RM1500 (upon booking of the venue) for basic sound system that will include the following:-
1 x mixing console (10 channels)
1x wireless microphone & 2 wired mic
2x DI box (for 1x acoustic and 1x keyboard)
* Note that you need to bring your own 1/4in phone jack cable to hook up your keyboard and acoustic guitar.
* We don’t provide the keyboard and acoustic guitar.
1x music stand (if necessary)

In order to secure the date, you need to pay 30% non refundable deposit. Please note that we do not provide chairs and tables for wedding reception, you can bring in your own vendors (ie. tables and chairs supplier, decorator & caterer*). Our max capacity is 250 – 300 pax.
* The caterer is not allowed to cook at our premises.
